|Rescue Me ID: 16-08-21-00092Tig (male)|
Tig is a sweet little guy. He wants more than anything to love and be loved. He has a somewhat skittish demeanor and is very sensitive to criticism, but he really tries hard to please. Tig has a few behavioral issues. He has a hard time holding his bladder, so a dog door and fenced yard are a must. With those two things, he will have no problems in your house. His other problem, and the reason he is up for adoption, is he nips at children. He should in no uncertain certain terms be adopted to a family with children or homes where children visit. Tig has been a part of a multiple dog family, but he absolutely does best when he is your one and only dog. He does not interact with other dogs and can be aggressive with them. We love him and will miss him, but we know he will be a good companion for someone with better circumstances than ours. (Less)

Yorkie Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. The Yorkshire Terrier is a cute, spunky little dog with a true Terrier temperament. Yorkies can be dog aggressive and wary of strangers. Yorkshire Terriers are loving and devoted to their people and do fine with children who respect them. Yorkies respond well to firm, consistent obedience training but may require patience when housebreaking. They do fine in an apartment but need to play and be taken on a daily walk.
